Accident Policy
Pays for on the job or off duty injuries. $100 annual Wellness, Line of Duty Rider & accidental death benefits. Pays the same regardless of who makes the claim (some companies only pay ½ for a spouse or ¼ for a child). Additional benefits for organized sports (great for kids).
Cancer Policy
The policy builds in value in the case you ever need to make an internal claim. The $5,000 initial diagnosis builds by $500 a year until age 65 and then freezes at the accumulated amount. Skin cancer benefits, radiation, surgery, travel, chemo, etc.. Pays a $75 annual Wellness for you and your spouse.
Hospital Policy
Rounds out the coverage by covering illnesses, wear & tear, chronic & preventive treatments. Numerous benefits are payable with your physical and then you are covered for the unexpected. This one also works great if you are planning on having children. Waiting Periods and eligibility
questions are required so don’t wait until something has already happened. Plan for the future.
Critical Illness
$30K lump sum payment (or $15K for anyone else covered) for end stage renal failure, coma, paralysis, heart attack, stroke or major organ transplant. Rates are based on age at signup.
Short Term Disability
Pays if you miss work due to an illness or off the job injury. Great for female employees planning for childbirth (10 month waiting period).
You can carry your Aflac policies into retirement with the same rates, same coverage and we are still your contact if you ever need something.
